I always tell men to never try drinking at all. Some (myself) through pure luck can drink 1-3 and stop, or way more and not change personality, it’s ALL LUCK. Not worth the risk of finding out if you’re unlucky.https://twitter.com/cigarsandlegs/status/1441188847077900290 …
“The Sign & the Seal” was the first book I read of his (1995) and couldn’t put it down. Reads like a great mystery-novel.
Once I got a Whoop and saw what alcohol did to my recovery, cut down by 90%. Now I’ll have a glass or two of wine during a monthly cigar night and that’s it.https://twitter.com/matthew28177918/status/1441247702533033987 …
The best thing I ever did for myself and family is to never pick up another bottle. I struggled with the drinking in my time. Everyone has a story I'm sure. But all stories lead to the same place. Put the bottle down and never look back.
Sober since August 11th, 2018. Free from alcohol, tobacco and pornography and I'm living my best life. Thanks be to God.
I stopped drinking every weekend because I just didn't want to anymore and my life has exponentially improved since.https://twitter.com/beardookies/status/1441205268449271808 …

Amazing how many people out there are struggling with alcohol. Glad to have gotten back to AA before things got any worse.https://twitter.com/cernovich/status/1441189831061557248 …
My husband says the same thing. Wishes he didn’t drink as much while back from deployments (and particularly wishes he didn’t drink as much in Korea and instead explored when they were allowed).
Every single person I know that has given up drinking, to include myself has become happier, way more successful and just better.
Here’s something I’ve never seen before & can’t find anywhere: a fed agent seized $115K from a man
@RDUAirport. The agent says he’s going to launch a fed investigation of money laundering & drug activity.
Then offers the man a way out: surrender his cash & no investigation:pic.twitter.com/1fwNhhoePY
On September 28, I will be 36 years sober. at the time, I was still young, no arrests. I think of this when a person’s life is shattered by alcoholism: But for the grace of God go I. I'm forever grateful to God who instantly took the desire away. Now if I could stop Coke Zero…https://twitter.com/Cernovich/status/1441189831061557248 …
